Introduces core ideas, concepts and models in the area of Strategic Management. Addresses the following questions: Why does firm performance vary across industries, and across firms within a given industry? What types of competitive strategies can managers pursue? When are different types of strategies more or less likely to be successful?  Enrolment is restricted to 3rd or 4th year Rotman Commerce students. Not eligible for CR/NCR option.
